Default Re: Alcohol to mix with mountain dew?

A couple years ago when I first moved to Seattle I was at a Superbowl party with a friend of mine. At one point I saw that she was drinking something that looked interesting so I asked what it was. She said it was sangria. "Really?" I asked. "Where did you get that?" "Well," she said. "It's actually just red wine mixed with Mountain Dew."

So there's one option for you provided you want your friends to shudder in disguist when they hear what you are drinking (which I would assume if you are starting with Mountain Dew).

Vodka would be the obvious answer, but light rum would probably be pretty decent. I would avoid any sort of whiskey, jager, and tequila.

The correct answer is: Tequila

Pour equal parts in a large shot class.
Cover with your hand.
Slam down on table.
Drink (if you are not so drunk as to have shattered the glass into your hand).

I believe we called them "poppers," back in the day.

Here is my roommates concoction which is QUITE good:

+Peach Shnapps
+Blue Caracao

Amounts, he doesn't know.

But he'll open a can and take a small gulp and then pour the alcohol straight in.

It is never acceptable to mix Mountain Dew with anything. Come to think of it, the drinking of Mountain Dew by itself is unacceptable.
