Re: Go broke? Yes/No
I'm more willing to go broke on hand 2.

just call the minraise in hand 1 and reevaluate. hand 2 I guess is fine. I still think its a leak that this forum never thinks the flopped flush is possible. [/ QUOTE ] true, but many (myself often) have the other leak of seeing monsters all the time. It's really about your equity. In hand one, your two pair against a made flush is 17%, you have 136 equity in 800 dollar pot. So if he proves to you he most likely has flush (raises turn), muck. With top set against made flush in hand 2, you win 35% of time and have 280 equity in 800 pot. So WHEN he has flush its a 120 dollar loss, but it cost you almost that much to find out he has it, so just get it in and hopefully he shows lower set or whatever. A more questionable scenario is with bottom set here, much tougher to play. |

Re: Go broke? Yes/No
its amazing how when the flop has 2 flush cards, 2+2ers all put villains on flush draws but when its 3 flush, they willingly throw caution to the wind and push what a lot of times is a 33% dog.
play some poker people. This I have a set, I push regardless of the board crap is pretty bad. |

Most of the time it costs you too much to figure out he really has a flush and you're committed to fill up. People I play against do the absolute stupidiest shitand never folding a set on a monotone flop is not a mistake. This is just a general statement HU vs an average player w/ 100bb stacks. |
