Thanks for the replies guys. When SB 3-bet it was fairly obvious he had an overpair so waiting for the turn to raise seemed right. J8, 86, 99, 33, and TT were all in UTG's range. He was pretty straight forward so 99 and 33 seemed less likely because I'm quite certain he would have raised the flop. So I ended up just calling as did the SB.

River was a K and UTG showed 86. SB showed QQ.
