just one more offense....

That's $250 right there.

I think they raised it to $341. I've heard the police actually do tally up all of the moving violations. Could you imagine what the total cost of that alone would be.

I guess if you're looking at life in prison, it doesn't really matter.

How the hell is he not sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic right now? I've never seen the 5 this clear any time in the day.

i think they are capable of using EMPs to stop the engine. not sure its legal tho.

As far as I'm aware, you can't aim an EMP, which means whatever vehicle you used to get close enough would also lose power. Not to mention anybody else who gets too close.

I am currently watching it on Fox News. These news anchors and specialists they have talking are so bad.

"When the driver gets into heavy traffic, things will get more and more dangerous"

A few years back, someone stole a Caltrans truck and was in a police pursuit on the 5 south near Commerce. The whole pursuit flew buy me and I didn't understand what was going on until I got home. I just assumed that there was an accident and the police needed Caltrans to direct traffic (the truck had one of those flashing arrows on it).
