Match finished. Antonius took several ten grands from Negreanu (who sucks at HU limit IMO).

[/ QUOTE ]

On what do you form this opinion?

[/ QUOTE ]

Been observing all their 3 HU sessions (1-2 hours each). DN bluffs in very bad spots where itīs obvious PA will call down. DN also steams; Antonius doesnīt. DN also calls down way too much - If you compare their folded to river bet per cents, thereīs huge difference.

[/ QUOTE ]

So you think he sucks because he is losing to someone who may be one of the best in the world HU?

Daniel is a solid heads up player. He surrends some edge to Antonious, but its not that significant an edge.

Anyone who thinks Antonious will just constantly roll over him is brainwashed in the same way the FCP people are.

Not to defend OP's blatantly retarded sentiments, but challenging Mr. Antonius to 500/1000 HU LHE is probably not the brightest thing to do from a $$ making perspective, but I get the feeling DN isn't doing this for the profit, rather for the experience and the challenge. I would guess that Mr. DN will not get the best of Mr. Antonius in the long run, but what he learns from his matches with Antonius will help his overall game.

Or, he has deep pockets and has an ego and wanted a challenge. Yeah, that's probably it.

I bet DN could just play $100-200 HU LHE and get the same stuff out of it. It has to be ego.

OMG ROFL. Since you are able to dissect Negreanu's weaknesses so easily, why the [censored] don't you just sit next time and take some E-Z $$$ off him??

Negreanu is likely not Antonius's equal HU, but hardly "sucks", LOL...far, far from it.

It has nothing to do with the money. DN has deep pockets. It's about playing the best to improve his game. Do you really think DN makes his income playing HU online limit holdem at 500/1000?

Honestly, if I had DN's income, I'd do the same. I'd want to play the best.

Of course I meant he sucks mirroring to stakes they are playing there. I have played against better limit HU players even in 5/10 and those are [censored] hundred times bigger stakes they are playing there...

Clayton,

"these people are brainwashed."

That's just the nature of online forums. That dude Schneiders gets lucky in one tournament and now all these people here are like "OMG SCHNEIDERS IS SUCH A GOOD PLAYER!!!!"

Lemmings.
