How the hell do you stay on here so long, not just missing sleep but do you even see your family? (I think you have previously mentioned wife kids etc) do you ever work at your job?

Working at home at the minute. Lots of work, but the sort of thing I'm waiting for files to upload, compiles to run blahblahblah

Hmmm, maybe I've been on too much lately though, I might take a day off tomorrow.

Noob. You need to go to bed and let OOT perculate throughout the night so that you'll have plenty to read the next day at work.

So how about closing your browser window, saying "dammit I have to get to work". Only to hit some little snag and open 2p2 again 30 sec. later?

Or clicking between your watched forums every few seconds, waiting for an update in one of your watched threads?

Or when that fails, venturing into random forums, just to see if there's anything interesting going on.

All standard?

Hmmm. How do you guys start the day on OOT?

Me?

1) I first check for mail. Read that, respond if it needs a little urgency or I feel like replying there and then.

2) Then I check for mod notifications (well I'm a mod) for stupid posts.

3) Then I actually search for my name being mentioned.

4) Then I actually look at the board and follow the threads that interest me.

5) Then I check the ones that might have images or questionable things in (this one is wearing the mod hat again, of course).

Okay, 2+5 are mod things, but is the rest the usual pattern for you guys?
