"you could get looked up wide or called by Qs / Ks "

Yes I think u get called a fair bit by these kind of hands. Which is why I think raising > pushing.

That's quite absurd thinking. You're going to raise a 10BB bet to 60BB say, and then fold to a push? Why not just quit poker too while you're at it. If you raise, you cannot fold, no matter what IMO.

I pretty much never worry about someone having a made flush. I happens infrequently enough that you can pretty much just assume they don't have it. As for the hand here I like shoving over top, but I probably lead this almost always especially with so many players in the pot. It would be terrible to not get more money in when your hand is so strong and there are so many players to get a call from.

What are the odds of 1 of the other 5 players having a made flush?

[/ QUOTE ]
I got ~25% with fairly sooted 25% limping ranges, remember that the ace in your hand reduces the conditional probability, since suited aces are limped so often. You always have redraws so this really isn't a big factor, you want to get this all in.

I lead the flop. As played I would raise to ~800 or just push, I don't think there is much difference.
