1: I don't see people doing this very much but I guess call, he could have AK or something.

2: I would raise pre. I think I'd be fine c/ring allin here. He is showing it down anyway, but this guy is super LAG

The KK hand is tough to fold, but this AA a hell of a lot. Just make a note and move on

The QQ hand seems like an easy fold. Even when your ahead it's almost always a flip and a lot of the time your way behind

The QQ hand is never a flip, we've already seen the flop.

vs a hand like 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] it is a flip but given the pf action these hands are unlikly, but ive seen people do this in the past, not often though [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
