Neither have I but it is well documented that they have horrible updates where things do not function for days and they do not respond well to player suggestions.

I play there sporadically and I feel the good outweighs the bad when it comes to bodog. If I would have signed up for rakeback when I originally opened my bodog account I would probably play a majority of my games there.
