You need him to fold about 45% of the time for this to be profitable and i dont think you have that here. If you think he is capable of doing this with a midpair then he has little chance of so improving so float to the river and if he checks take a stab.

btw your converter is messing up positions, he should check the flop and be donking the turn.

oh im dumb. i like it a lot better HU you should almost def have 50% FE if he is capable of betting out with midpair here.

If he calls your flop bet wtih any pair, any draw and then is always betting turn and only calling you with top pair or better its mega spew (costs like 100$ in EV assuming semi sane preflop range)
So.. you would need him to :
a)float often OOP in 3bet pot
b)never checking for pot control behind
c)always bluffing turn

And even then it would be marginal.

All in all: a spew.
