Anybody else want to call the river?

:raiseshand:

The Ace didnt really change anything...he wasn't donking into you with Ax...the only thing that really changed is his bet sizing, which is of meh-importance in his hand imo.

in villains mind, thats like the perfect river for him to continue bluffing into and is a complete blank in regards to the action of this hand.

river is a good bluff card for villain. My hand seems more like a made hand than a draw by the river. So he is either using the Ace as a bluff card or value betting a full house (based on turn action) and hoping i call. How often is this a bluff though?

ie. what is his bluffing range?

44/66/99/78/89/random and I think he's betting this river with his whole range (nuts and air)

I dont think we can play the hand the way we did and fold the river.

I agree with your assigned range. His turn bet throws me off though. He slows down on the turn and then speeds up on the river. He might have been slowing down with something that has showdown value or blocking; we all agree river is a great bluff card so this is a trivial call given how we played it. That said I think we can agree villain doesn't have total air by river, and his blocking range (mostly pairs + draw) will call me if i raise the turn, but only raise me back with better - so isn't my not raising the turn BAD?
