I think the NYG are due for a tumble, they have played an awfully easy schedule. DVOA has them #11, that seems about right.

Don't forget their DVOA is slightly distorted by the AWFUL first two weeks of the season - with a healthy Strahan and the new 4 DE package they put in on 3rd downs, the Giants are doing far better. Will be interesting to see them against a real team this weekend though.

Granted it was in London, but their offense didn't do a lot vs. a bad Miami defense 2 weeks ago... Eli put up numbers that would make even Tarvaris Jackson embarrassed.

Also, for any Vince Young lovers out there, his DPAR to this point in the season (including rushing) is two points lower then TJ's.

Weighted DVOA has them at #11 which downplays the first two games. In a few weeks they'll be disregarded completely though (ie, the first two weeks have no predictive value later on).

I want to bet against the Packers on something, how far they will go, their end record, odds at winning division. Something because they are super overrated.

How are the Eagles ahead of the Redskins when they are 2 games back and lost to the Redskins 20-12?

Also LOL @ the Bengals at 18 and the Saints at 22. The Bengals are AWFUL.

12. Eagles (3-5) - They've played a fairly difficult schedule. McNabb, while not as good as previous years, is still an above average QB.
13. Seahawks (4-4) - Shaun Alexander is absolutely done.
14. Redskins (5-3)
15. Lions (6-2) - Yeah, I still don't buy it yet. Kitna is obviously good, but Kevin Jones and Lions defense? Eh. Probably making the playoffs though.
16. Browns (5-3)
17. Bills (4-4) - I don't think anyone expected them to be near average.
19. Texans (4-5)
20. Chiefs (4-4) - suzzer, I was wrong. The Chiefs don't totally suck.
21. Ravens (4-4)
22. Saints (4-4) - Remarkable turnaround after losing 1st 4 games.
24. Panthers (4-4)
25. Bears (3-5) - Offense is pathetic, but defense has also regressed quite a bit.

[/ QUOTE ]

WTF. First of all, Philly should be about 25th on this list. Second, would people please stop saying McNabb is above average? He is well below average. He is a rich man's Steve McNair. Seriously what are these rankings? I would put all the teams I left above the eagles.
