A spade may beat us or stop him from stacking off, and he might not put any more in if the board comes 4 to a straight either.

You forget how bad players at these stakes are. They're like never folding AA/KK here even on a 4 straight/3 flush board. It's the same reason why nobody is saying raise.

If the turn is an 8 (even a non-spade 8), are you happy getting it in?

I think you're probably right the more I think about it. The hand just feels so weak and the draws so obvious.
