Thanks all who posted for their advice.

While I think I played this hand okay, I was pondering a PF raise. Not so much to train the table, but to "buy the button" and have position. I probably would have raised to t450.

This hand I felt like set mining as I was getting good odds and had decent position. And without reads, I'd rather play ABC poker than get fancy.

No clue what that has to do with anything I said, but whatever. I really don't have the time or energy to go back and forth with you all day. You remind me of a guy I used to coach who was determined to delve into the all the psychological aspects of poker -- reading tells, intimidation, over-deception, etc -- but had no clue about poker fundamentals, EV, and thinking hands through to the end.

All of the psychological stuff is important to expanding your game. But if you don't have the fundamentals down, you're screwed no matter what.

Don't forget, we're all here to help each other Frank. You'd be very well served to listen to the advice here -- not just from me, but from a lot of folks (I'm nowhere near as good as a lot of guys in these forums, like Sherman, MJBuddy, Barry L, and several others).
