I think I'm starting to understand. You are Pizza. The guy played a horrible hand and dumped all his chips to you.

Stars now claims it was chip dumping because the player who dumped all the chips to you triggered their fraud flags and they are holding your funds until they find out if the losing player has chargebacks.

Actually yes. If you did nothing wrong then in a few days all the deposits of all the people who lost to you will clear and Stars will release your funds. But if they all come back as charge-backs your funds will be seized.

Stars (as well as anyone with half a brain reading this) suspects that you or a co-conspirator committed fraud to fund accounts then chip dumped to you. You want to cash out now before Stars can confirm the deposits. If you have done nothing wrong then just wait a few days.
