SNG Wizard (and others I'm sure) will help you analyse ICM situations after the SNG is over. If you look over enough SNG's, you will quickly pick up when to push and when to fold. I've had it less than the 30 day trial and have increased my ICM knowledge massively in game.

Be warned though, it's most useful around the bubble or ITM when only a few players are left and blinds are high. Before that you have to actually play some poker, and try like mad not to throw away too many chips early.

Totally don't use that chart, which is based on cEV.
