QQ in extemely bizzare preflop dillema - please advise

Normally I would say flatting a tight, utg raiser with these stacks is best but if your image is laggy as you say it is, I would 3bet for value, esp if you've been 3betting a fair bit already. He will certainly call/shove with worse hands. With your image, he will think youre 3betting with a lot of worse hands than QQ.
