oh yes, and here´s some more maths:
villains.river.bet / (pot.as.is + villains.river.bet) Again, when it says like (for example) 0.35 then it means villains has an immediate profit w/ any two cards if you fold >=35% of the time. Consider this also.

I think in hand 1, we're not dealing with a callingstation but with a maniac, that's a big difference here. Against this type of players CBs lose a hell lot of their value, therefore you have to CB less but, as futuredoc said, play your made hands (down to TP only and stuff, maybe even 2nd pair) faster. In fact, against a player like in hand 1, I guess I wouldn't CB when missed but take the free card when IP, looking for an A, a K or a second heart to give me the NFD...
