No problems with the c/fold, but quite possibly not optimal, given your description of villain. I can see him showing up with 44 - 99 (55 or 88 would be sick) or, more likely, overcard FD.

If it's overcard FD, you should be pushing back on 4th. You said no CRAI b/c of deep stacks, but you're better off CRAI in on 4th then c-c or c-f on 5th, imo.
