[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, and I run 4 miles in half an hour three times per week as well. I've been working out in a hardcore fashion since I was 13. I was a fat kid with no athletic ability before I started working out, and now I'm still only 5'10" and 185 lbs. It's not like I'm some stud or anything.
