Re: nl100: turn straight draw in small pot
i dont think it hits his range hard. i just don't think he's so retarded that he can't realise that it didnt hit mine either. its not like all he can do is call or fold to a cbet. i get craised there all day long in that spot, any why shouldn't i?

Re: nl100: turn straight draw in small pot
I think it is perfectly fine to check flop and try for a delayed cbet. That said you should fold turn.

Re: nl100: turn straight draw in small pot
A raise from the button isn't always a steal, you're allowed to have a hand there ...
You can't just CBet only when you catch a piece of the flop ... NL isn't a game of *having* to do certain actions in certain spots, but if you're not CBetting this flop on a regular basis against this opponent, you've got an enormous leak |

Re: nl100: turn straight draw in small pot
[ QUOTE ]
Tho your sample size is small, this is a 15% VPIPs probable range: 77+,A7s+,K9s+,QTs+,JTs,ATo+,KTo+,QJo [/ QUOTE ] range of hands he either opens OR calls a raise with, note that in this hand he didnt open bu called a raise, which narrows his range down a lot. |

Re: nl100: turn straight draw in small pot
I bet the flop. alot of times, his range is like a weak pp that will call one street and fold the next. I would heavily consider betting the turn to a check.
