Yeah, it's possible because of the way you slow played the flop. Maybe he thinks you have AQ and will call his KT ai--dunno, very difficult with no reads. Your slow play on the flop is likely a more serious error than whether you call the river now. If you had bet the flop, I think he'd be less inclined to bluff JT or shove KT--and thereby giving you an easier read.

As played, I suspect it's marginal positive or negative EV. Personally, I don't like to make high variance plays on highly speculative EV situations. Maybe it's nitty, but I'd like to get a little more information before I make this call--that way I can be more certain if the call is slightly positive or slightly negative EV. So, I think I'd fold.
