Jesus call the river, what are you scared of 99? I would bet the turn too, but I don't hate checking as long as it's with the intention of firing the river/calling a bet.

I usually pay off the 99 here. No he doesn't have a king. Maybe he has AA, AA/99 is really the only hands that beat you.

Looks like a call. It's 12 combos of JJ/TT and just 9 combos of 99 and AA. Furthermore we only need to win like 26% of the time or something like that.
