Gosh release the best news ever (Sonic) with the worst (delay)

Oh well, if it'll make the game better.

Considering the nightmare it must be to even try to balance this game, I knew there was going to be at least one delay. However long it takes to get the competitive experience of melee again is fine with me, I just wish companies would give more realistic release dates the first time around.

Sonic doesn't look too fun but I don't think they showed his smashes. Hopefully they skip Green Hill Zone and do one of the awesome casino levels for his stage.

Does Samus only go zero suit after you use her final smash? That would be kind of lame.

Maybe it'll be like in Melee where you can start as Sheik instead of Zelda.

Also, I think the game is being delayed to iron out online multiplayer issues.

Someone tell me if this is possible. Downloadable patches to tweak with balance and bug fixes.

I doubt it, due to lack of storage on the Wii.

Eh I don't know. I imagine it's similar to updating rosters on Madden so I would expect it to take 100kb or so.

having patches would be so cumbersome though. having to continuously adjust to different things like knockback and physics would be really annoying.

i'm disappointed people haven't been trying out some advanced techniques on the demo. i was looking forward to seeing what remains from melee.
