imo you are overestemating villain. the 10NL regs have tight preflop stats, and that's all. other than that, they don't hand read, they don't think about ranges. most of them are justy trying to hit a good hand like overpair or tpgk and then bet, bet, bet.

Villain is most likely so used to dealing with 10NL monkeys that he thinks he is 3betting AQ for value here.

villains big gap between VPIP and PFR is exactly why I think AQ/AJ/AT are so likely.

also, villain never 4bet, he just 3bet.

you did present some very solid counter arguments though. this is closer than I first thought. felting is still optimal though imo
