Just think if whoever bought Trump's casinos built a monorail between the Plaza and Taj. I guess it would never happen since it's difficult to imagine where there is even room for it unless it was suspended over Atlantic or Pacific Avenue. But an even more useful (although much more ambitious) project would be a monorail from the Taj to the Marina. Not like I ever want to go to the Plaza or Marina, but it bridges the gaps between more desirable destinations. Edit: Of course the Jitney folks would cry foul over this. [/ QUOTE ] That's what I have been telling everybody. AC needs a monorail from the Hilton down to the new Hardrock, and out to the Marina. Everybody thinks I am crazy though. I think it would be great if they ran it along the boradwalk though, not along Pacific Avenue. Leave that to the Jitneys, who will cry foul.
