I can do about 30 pullups, set of 15 with the 54 pound kettlebell on a belt, etc.

I cant even come close to doing a one arm pullup. Those guys doing those on the vids are beast.

The rest is doable but hard. I never really do one arm pushups but I do one leg squats sometimes to end workouts.

superslow handstand pushups would destroy almost anyone.

You do realize this doesn't alter intensity and only changes TUT?

Sorry to offend the pushup masters.

How easy are we talking here????

Try a 1 arm pushup on while on one leg and get back to me.

One arm pushups aren't too hard, honestly. I might be biased because pushups are my favorite exercise, though.

As for training for the one arm pullup.

I cant do one either so not sure how valuable this info is, but:

One arm negatives and Towel Pullups would be a good place to start training for one arm pullups.

Umm... I can do a couple of these... So I'd say pretty easy still, though its much more of just a random core workout than an upper body one.

Cause you can do a couple means its pretty easy?

If you max out at under 5 then I would call that a pretty intense exercise.

Considering my pressing upper body strength is fairly weak and that you are not using the exercise as intended (Military presses standing on a swiss ball are "intense" in the same way). I would say that it isn't terribly difficult and interesting for its novelty factor. It works your stabilizing muscles much more than chest/tris which are the intent of pushups.

So while not "easy" (BW squat) I wouldn't come across as saying "ZOMG its so deathly hard".
