So we don't slit our wrists when we just call and a blank turn comes.

We don't mind if shorty calls, even if he always has a set.
And vs. Button there is a ton of FE.

there are alternative lines to slitting ur wrists if turn blanks. for example, checking.

Nothing cooler than dad money!

Given the line and the flop-check, I really like a min-raise here because
a) we don't mind playing about UTG+1s stack
b) we signalise Button that we don't mind playing for our stacks
c) we have a reasonable amount left to push most turns if Button decides to call on the Flop

i dont see how you dont b3b or bet / call this flop, as played i cant imagine not bombing the flop now since were going to get shut out if the turn blanks off. lucksack, were shoving the flop because our hand has the most equity, and the overlay with the dead money is sick. were also going to have a hard time extracting on some of our outs since utg+1 doesnt have a stack and the protected pot may discourage button from stacking off light. also, were oop to the only villain with money left to play for.

this IMO is the only downpoint to calling.

we have to hit to win anyway and button can be huge here sometimes as our check indicates a weak hand and it's unlikely UTG+1 doesn't shove the turn when he just calls the flop.

for what it's worth, I think c/ring the turn if the turn blanks would be expert as the pot is protected. That way we increase the dead money for our draw.
