if you check this flop and it gets to showdown metagame is probably terrible for your future 3bet pots.

Because if you ever bet flop in the future in a 3-bet pot, your range is more polarized.

I understand your reasoning, but I think that betting this flop is pretty standard, and makes the rest of the hand much easier to play.

Because if you ever bet flop in the future in a 3-bet pot, your range is more polarized.
