whether or not to use milk will be based heavily on whether or not it fits with your caloric needs...if you can handle extra calories/carbs etc then go for it...

I must be weird because I still like the taste of mine shaken with cold water. [/ QUOTE ] When I'm at gym or on the go, I just use shaker and powder+water. At home though, my gf got me hooked on a variation of ice+water+half a yogurt+protein+frozen mixed berries or canned pineapple. |

I mix it with water, then hold my nose while i drink it.

Usually I drink it with milk, but if I have to use water, I do what Rootabager does.

did I buy some kind of inferior protein powder, cuz mine actually tastes good. I just dump it in some milk and shake it. Tastes like nestle quick

meh, i use mostly metabolic drive + water...tastes fine to me...personal preference for taste i suppose...
