how much dough do you wanna spend? If you're taking her snowboarding, buy her new ski wear or snowboard??

Girly ideas- does she have a nice watch for everyday wear? Also, women like a nice evening/going out watch..get either watch engraved. I know you said no to jewelry but that is always a good one- like a sweet/from your heart necklace- pretty heart thing or something. I'm trying to think of things i'd like..or you can always go with a jeweled dildo. We LOVE that!!
Seriously, I'd go with nice perfume she wouldn't buy for herself and an engraved evening watch ftw. If those don't work, ask me for more ideas, altho i think i'm out except for one...

FTFW...scrap the snowboarding trip b/c it sounds like that is more for you than her..not sure tho. Take her to Maui or a more tropical/romantic place. Find a special necklace or memento of the trip she can wear and remember the love you all shared- and then share all that with OOT!
