I'd make it two bets on third, especially if you think that there's a decent chance that you can get the Seven to fold.

Three-bet sixth. I think Queens-up is his most likely hand. Even if he has something as strong as A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] down, you're the favorite. About the only plausible hands I can think of that he has that are favored over you are rolled Queens and something A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] down. I wouldn't be raising with the latter with two hearts gone, but I wouldn't rule it out. In any case, you almost have to be favored over his range. Get your money in there.
