I now personally see no reason for this forum to exist and propose that it promptly be abandoned. The 'technical' reason that you got it in the first place was because you wanted stricter rules. Now those rules are being relaxed. Seems pretty clear cut to me.

Ads,

I always like your posts, so please take this in the friendly spirit intended.

The Lounge is its own community, albeit smaller than some of the other OT forums. Of the four, it's the one I'm most likely to hang with.

So, Don't taze me bro!

So did El Diablo win then?

I think it's safe to say he's kicking our ass. However, with our new weapon (the Tuqman) on board we have great hopes of growing our forum into a vibrant, politely raucous little community. Right now we are eagerly awaiting a TR on his weight loss and I can't tell you how excited we all are.

Of course it's it's own community, and that paragraph that you quoted was obviously tounge-in-cheek. I'm sure that you guys have got a good little thing going over there and all the best for you.

But my first paragraph stands. The spirit with which the lounge came about was very negative, disruptive and childish. But seeing as DB no longer mods there I will make the effort to drop in now and then. And I'm glad you like my posts.

DB,

It was fun to give you a hard time, but I don't think you'll see much traffic increase now you're gone. You really weren't the problem IMO.

Regardless, hopefully you'll have more time for good posts now that Wookie and Katy have to take the load
