I'd push hand 1 and call hand 2.

[/ QUOTE ]

pushing hand 1 against a solid reg with those pahud stats is suicidal, ur ahead of AK and AK only.

[/ QUOTE ]

JJ is ahead of his range whether you use sklansky 7% or pokerstove 7%.

Bradley his 5x raising range over a limper is not 7% his calling a shove range is not 7%.
eBo,
Hand 1 is what makes a bunch of good mtt players marginal to bad sng players.

I probably fold both hands:

#1 - can't see a reg. investing over 20% of his stack on a hand he is not ready to go all way long with it. We are probably beaten or on a rush

#2 - Even aggressive players have a real hand from time to time or he might have a very strong draw...

Can someone explain why hand 2 is a call?

Because a player with such stats bet the flop always and rarely has us beat ? But , yeah, not sure I make the call either.

1. Snap fold
2. Snap call.

sick I'm good at poker. Not these times though, hand 1 villain AK hand 2 villain AQ.

No my PT stats aren't filtered. Isn't it hard to get enough hands at each filtered level? Maybe against regs, but otherwise I just like the stats to get a general idea of how nuts they are.

Well I didn't think a 36/20 would flat preflop with AA-QQ or AK-AQ (though I guess I was wrong b/c he had AQ). I think I'll see AJ-KJ a ton there along with a bunch of underpairs and flush draws. I'm beaten by the occasional KQ-QJ, but I don't see him open shoving a 10. Seems like everyone checks there (as would I).

I see a lot of ppl. open shoving the nuts at the 16's, so why can't you give him credit for a 10?? This seems especially true for the aggressive players...is this just my impression??
