Someone like Cochran.

Johnnie Cochran is dead.

The problem here is that the payout changed from when he placed the bet to when he got paid. I'd just shoot them a quick and friendly email and see what they say. Mistakes do happen and there's no reason to get really pissed before they say they aren't paying.

I don't think somebody individually decided to screw you. I'd just quote this to them:

From their help files:

Parlays
The bet price is calculated by multiplying the individual prices of your selections. All your selections must win for the bet to pay out.

Payout Chart

# of Teams 1 2 3 4 5 6
Payout -110 2.6-1 6-1 10-1 20-1 40-1
# of Teams 7 8 9 10 11 12
Payout 75-1 150-1 300-1 700-1 1000-1 1800-1

** Management reserves the right to limit the number of teams that may be parlayed, payouts displayed on bet ticket supersede payouts displayed in this table.

This is good advice as is not making a big stink about it in a forum although it's too late for that. You're going to be on your own here as it is unlikely any sb watchdog can help with books of this low grade. I would still report it to SBR if it is not resolved as it will help with future grading and a warning to players.

Banner comment is like beating a dead horse. That issues was handled and Matt apologized on behalf of the forum. We have not heard of anyone here being stiffed and if anyone is I'm sure a few people on this forum or another have contacts enough to help that person get paid or they can submit complaint at SBR or EOG or w/e.

Yeah looks like something is not right on your parlay and they owe you $59 or an explanation.

The best policy in any situation involving a complaint is to handle it like this:
#1 Call the site (don't use email, call instead if phone is available.
#2 If follow up is needed to so through a single email and additional phone calls.
#3 If additional support is needed quietly fill out a complant form such as at SBR - Don't go public in forum
#4 (This step is optional) - Make a post in a forum or two saying "does anyone have a contact at this sportsbook, I'm having an issue".
#5 The final step is to start posting the case on forums and is really a last resort method. When dealing with shady books if you're already giving them bad PR a lot of times this will not help and it should be used as a last resort type of thing and to warn others.

Most formal complaints can be handled before they become formal by a simple phone call.

well my post was kind of duplicate to a few others now, sorry. I'm a slow writer and the other posts were made while I was writing that.

Bet Amount $15.00

Won Amount: 300.00

How the hell does that work?

[/ QUOTE ]

20 x 15 = 300
300 + 15 = 315

20 ---> that is the number twenty, you are getting twenty to one odds on this bet

x ---> this is the multiplication sign, for more please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiplication

15 ---> this is the number fifteen, it represents how much you wagered

= ---> this is the equals sign

300 ---> this is the number three hundred, it is what you get when you "multiply" "twenty" by "fifteen", also known as the "product", again see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiplication

....

CAN YOU FIGURE THE REST OUT YOURSELF?

[/ QUOTE ]

thats not what I was confused about. if you took the time to look at the first wager the odds were different from +2299 to +2000 and they payout from $359.89 to $300.00
