Yeah, I took USM -20 but that was before I learned of the QB situation and I guess the weather doesn't look too favorable either.
Ouch. What a lousy uninformed bet.

However, Rice is so awful that USM may still find a way to cover at home.
USM's wins aren't that great. But their losses are to 2 quality opponents in BSU and Tenn and they didn't really get THAT badly destroyed in either of them. Not as badly as a truly awful team would otherwise get destroyed at least.

I'm not exactly in love with my pick now that I've learned more of course but at least I got it at 20.

Rice +21 still doesn't seem like a terrific play to me but it is an awful lot of points for a 3rd string QB on a lousy-ish team against an even more lousy team so I can definitely understand taking that side for that many points.

I hope that Southern Miss 3rd string QB isn't a young stud in the making. Hopefully they will have to just run the ball a bunch keeping the scoring low for this battle of titans.

Also on Rice +21 and under 54.5 2 units on +21 1 unit on the under.

Teased the two also for 1.1 to win 1 unit.
