Default Re: Someone please explain this high stakes hand

Don't even begin to interpret this hand in my opinion. On the surface it seems like a pretty standard hand, but both players have a lot of past history with eachother, and also with huge metagame purposes for making certain actions, this play could easily be ridiculously genius, or absolutely donkish. We just don't know. At these stakes, too much about the hand is decided with what has happened in the past, and what each player wants to happen in the future based on the past, so don't worry too much about the plays you see and how they differ from your own at 1/100th or less. cmon your [censored] kidding right? 3 bet semi bluff 8 outs and even 4 of those might not be clean...you show me how many times you made plays like this and the guy folds for one bet on the river

What I meant was that I see it all the time. Thus standard in this case means common. I've done it too and had it work, but that's beside the point. As for whether this hand is good or not, the only people that know are those who've played villain in the 500 game and probably not even them.
