I agree with this I think. To me the fact that he's dicking around sizing his bet like that means that he's not feeling tense about the hand. His decision to bet was so obvious and he was in a good enough mood that he had time to play around with the bet size. Obviously you can't put too much faith in that but I think it's a factor arguing for a fold.
