There is a PDF creator that comes on the OpenOffice disc. You have to download the openoffice ISO yourself and create the disc yourself but it isn't that tough.
The PDF creator creates a virtual printer that converts files to a PDF when you print to it. |

Ran into an issue...creating the doc. Word 2007 only allows for a document size of 22x 22", i need 24 x 36. ( the test i ran was a smaller document)
Any thoughts on how to get around this without sacrificing the quality of the document image? |

I tried publisher 2007 and it SEEMED to do exactly what i need. publihser allowed me to create a document at the size i need and i was able to print to pdf.
The only thing i am experimenting with is the output size, there are a bunch of large single sheet sizes, just need to figure out which one is exactly 24x36, and if there is a way to set a user defined size in the pdf. Thanks again to all for the help |
