I just hate getting stacked with AA for 200BB. I might be losing some value if he has a draw, but I don't think he calls the 3bet with QA, KQ here often enough...

You have to embrace variance against this type of opponent. This guy is an absolute donk, and is never folding AQ or KQ to the flop 3-bet here.

OP, I like the way you played this. I'm guessing you lost since you posted this, but this line is perfect against someone with villain's stats.

didn't see it was 200BB deep, but still ok given donks stats. because he is so agressive, you could try c/r big on a blank turn, but that is probably overly tricky.
