Yea but mosquitoes could carry half of those as well, can I call in sick if it's dark outside? I could see if you walked in the basement and there was like a carpet of them, but seriously, I went down there WITH my dog, and nothing.

Methinks judging by the fat, sagging pants, glazed eye electrical meter man, there may be more than meets the eye.

(Not to insult any fat sagging pant glazed eye poker players. Cause we have purpose.)

Steal a bunch of copper from their electrical boxes. That will show them.

Warning: Attempting this can result in death by electrocution. Also I do not condone this practice.

RC,

When they get to the meters and read them they will adjust back down. If you pay the amount now, you just won't have to make payments the next couple of months
