funny thing in britian is that walmart sells some sort of investment package you can invest in with you baby bond. If you think walmart does everything in the US you gotta check out walmart (tesco) in england

Wait a minute - why just $5,000? Why not the full $27,000, and $30,000 to minorities to compensate for a legacy of prejudice? I mean is Hillary a racist child-hater or what?

it's like social security. you have to apply for it. but for the baby bond all you need to do is get your child an implantable microchip, and register it with government. I can actually see this happening.

Although this doen't actually describe Hillary's plan, there are some European countires concerned about a declining birth rate that have started paying their citizens to have children.
