YEAH. Much better than giving it to him for free. I know theres not much fold equity here, but thats not what matters.
He cant fold any single holding he might have right now, thats why I prefer shoving.

Unless you assign a lot of junk hands, shoving is -EV. Even including quite a lot of overcards it's close to 0 EV. Why do you wanna shove here? Or do you just love gambling against shortie's? Or do you think he might do this with ATC?

How is shoving -EV?

we are behind higher pps 55 and 2x which a shorty will have <50% of the time here

sure when behind we are crushed and when ahead he might have equity but i think we are ahead alot to be +EV

You think he bluff c/r's more than 50% of the time here? I think I need a read to make that kind of assumptions. It is definitely not my default assumption against a shortstack.

no i think he cr 33,44,66,5x,Ax for value. Thats my default assumption vs a shortstack in this situation
