7: Re-Stealing/ Stop N' Goes, other Fancy plays

Maybe unexploitable and/or optimal HU play. To a certain degree it's implicit in items 2-4, but it perhaps could deserve a category of it's own.

Thanks. Just ordered it!

I'm basically at 3/4 on the list and have been doing ok at 6.5.

However, it's only when you see good 2+2 posters in the games, that you realize you are missing many +EV spots.

Don't read Moshman's book, it is honestly a piece of [censored] for anyone who is semi-experienced. You're better off just reading threads.
