I know some people that went abroad and actually got a rebate check because it was cheaper than staying at my school for the year.


FWIW, my one big regret (plenty of small ones, but they usually left in the morning) in college was not going abroad.

I know plenty of people that went to the UK, mostly to St. Andrews in Scotland, which seemed like an awesome time. My brother went to U. of Wollongong (sp?) in Australia, and he absolutely loved it.

Just get your ish together and go, you will not regret it.
