Villain has the RNG cracked, so he can call you down with junk all the way, knowing he makes a gutshot straight on the river.

If these hands are really from $100/200 I assume the villain is at least good at this game. If I played Villain I would fold 6th with my draw since you have twopair showing, and I would not reraise on the river. Am I wrong?

I'm not sure about your strategy point, but assuming high limit players are good at their game of choice is quite often wrong. Why do you think the really good players can make so much $$?
