First of all, I bet the river here, but think it's pretty close.

Second of all, is the smooth call on the flop because "a raise will not protect your hand" so you waited until the turn? I kind of feel like you should start raising as quickly as possible here since the pot isn't huge (there are only 13 small bets in the pot when the action is on you). It depends on the players behind you, but its not hard to think of hands that can beat you that they'll fold for 2 bets.
