XBOX360: What is the sickest soccer game ?

played the pro evolution soccer 2008 demo last night and can tell just from both demos that it is far and away better than fifa 2008. this coming from a top 50 ranked online fifa 05/06 player who has never before played the PES series. i just played fifa 07 single player because i had no intention of actually buying the game but was ridiculously good at it, i had planned on making an awesome highlight video but my computer crashed and i lost about 50 replays. (fwiw i play on PC)

Gah wtf, when is the american release date? According to Wiki it's Spring 2008. Major disappointment.

can you expound on why WE is better than fifa? I have only played fifa and I was under the impression that it was the madden of soccer games. What makes WE better? The graphics, the controls, etc?

For those that aren't huge fans of the sport, FIFA may well be the better game. Better graphics, more options, real players, kits, stadia etc. And the gameplay certainly isn't bad.

WE is quite simply all about gameplay. It's kind of hard to explain, but I guess it just "feels" more like real football (soccer).

When playing Fifa, I tend to think "ok I'll make this pass/shot/whatever because I know it works well in this game", whereas with WE, I find myself trying to always make the play that I'd want a player to make in a real game of football.
