Re: Brag: 1st trip to Vegas booked
re: food...
i just went to vegas last weekend and ate at n9ne steakhouse in the palms hotel. i haven't been to delmonico's yet, so i can't compare the two, but n9ne was the best meal i've ever had. everything was perfect, and the service was really good (though based on what i've heard, still not as good as delmonico's service). i HIGHLY recommend the creme brulee - without a doubt the best creme brulee i've ever had. the mushrooms stuffed with crab appetizer was incredible, as was the asparagus. i tried all of my friends' steaks, and everything was awesome - i had the bone-in-ribeye, and although it was a little tough, it was incredibly flavorful (side note: is ribeye supposed to be tougher to cut/eat than other types of steak? there was lots of ligaments or tendons or something that were hard to cut/chew through). |
