how much of that is calling a raise? its prb more likely you can get 2 streets of value if you do the betting versus times when he has JJ and you randomly donk and river Q or something like that

And i also don't see a point of check/raise.He is often on pure air (not AK) and has 2-3 outs or drawing dead.

Cause no worse hand that does all that is going to call...

C/r is so bad here. You are better off betting and getting worst hands to call rather than expect someone to make a hero call when you do a c/r on the turn.
